This knife is spot on as a general chef’s knife. Glides through meats and vegetables as is nicely weighted through the handle.

My partner has no good knives at her home and so I bought this as we're cooking together more and more. I was realy sprised how sharp it is. This knife is never seeing one of those cheep sharpners or a knife block only a strop or an high grit stone at a push and its living in its box. It's amazing for the money I spent. Its light, wicked sharp and so easy to cut with. Definitely would recommend.

A beautiful knife which is amazingly sharp and great to use.Only slight disappointment were marks on the outside of the box. On this occasion I’d bought it for myself but did previously buy one for a friend. In that instance the box was in perfect condition.
