Preparation and Usage:
Simply brown the mince for 5 minutes and drain anhy excess liquid. Mix the seasoning with water and stir into a pan with tomatoes and tomato purée, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 mins. Finally, place alternate layers of the beef mixture and pasta into an ovenproof dish, topping with a layer of the white sauce. As a final touch, sprinkle with cheese and cook in the oven for 40 minutes, or until bubbling and golden. For a tasty meat-free alternative, try replacing the minced beef with a combination of onions, mixed peppers, mushrooms, courgettes and aubergines.
