It works but it runs out fast
I filled holes and breaks in old wood in various places around the house. First I used wood hardener and then applied the wood filler. This combo really works.

container not full
Container says 12 oz, which is also 354 ml, also printed on the can. As shown on the picture, the container was only 2/3 full with some dried up material on top. The material was also very thick and after mixing with the hardener in the little tube, it became hard in only a few minutes with very little time to use it. It is obvious the material evaporated in storage. After using the whole can, I checked that the volume with 354 ml of water comes about 1/32" from the rim. So, this can did not contain what it says on the label. I had bought 2 of then and both were deficient.

I like this stuff a lot better than others.
Easy to apply straight from the tube. Flows well, dries quickly. Works great for filling nail holes and small cracks. Don't know yet about sanding or staining.

Goes on smooth and dries fast
I am using this to fix a rotted-out area along the base of the wood siding, where the deck and the house meet. After removing the loose wood and applying wood hardener, I spread generous amounts of this wood filler into the holes. It went on very smoothly with a putty knife and didn't fall out. It dries completely to a hard surface pretty fast - in my case I waited overnight, but it likely had hardened before that. I sanded it down & painted over it and although its texture is different, it blends in pretty well with the original siding. I ran out before finishing though, so if you decide to get this, keep in mind a little does not go a long way so you might want to buy a larger size.
