MotorcraftRS-527 Radiator Cap,Black

This fit my Lincoln Town Car nicely. It felt very secure and had strong clicks during the installation. The only thing I would change is how it is shipped. I think the part should have come in a box just to ensure it didn’t get crushed during transit. It was sealed in the plastic Motocraft bag and shipped in a bubble mailer. Otherwise, great deal for the money.

Hmmmmm...hard to say a lot in a review about a radiator cap to impress a potential buyer.I did my homework and determined this radiator cap should fit my car and YAY! it DOES fit my car. (You may not be as excited as I am if you don't check the application list and buy the wrong cap for your car).I replaced my radiator cap proactively to maintain proper cooling system pressure and as a result, I enjoy proper heating & cooling of my vehicle engine by the cooling system. I'm OCD like that about maintaining my vehicle. (If you're reading this beside the road because your radiator just exploded due to poor maintenance, don't be hating on my OCD car care).End of the day, the best thing about this radiator cap is that it is a genuine Motorcraft part and at a significant savings over buying from the dealer--and those two things make me a happy customer.

Great product - ford OEM. Used on my 6.0 powerstroke excursion. Best to replace these every year or two. So far, it has held up nicely without any issues. Came in a ford plastic packaging as well which makes me further confirm it is a legit ford product and not the knock offs commonly found nowadays.

Fit my 01 Mustang GT. I have a aluminum overflow tank. Not the plastic one. My old one broke. Only took one day to get it. Looks just like the factory one. Also way cheaper than anywhere else. I'm happy with it. My chrome cap cover went on smooth.
