Not quite waterproof

Transaction and shipping went through without an issue. The sheet LOOKED wonderful and sized pretty accurately. I sprayed it with 2 coats of waterproofing spray as I do with all my horses' blankets just to ensure they won't be getting wet through them. EVEN THOUGH its a waterproof sheet.The horse had it on for 24 hours in light to medium rainfall off and on and was drenched all the way through. Pretty disappointed.
