Great for lower back pain & cramps!
I ordered two Tens Units one for myself and the other as a gift for a friend. I suffer from chronic lower back pain and excruciating menstrual cramps and she suffers from sciatic nerve pain. We both have experience with a Tens Unit from previous Chiropractor visits. I figured why not receive the same treatment but in the comfort of our homes. For the unit to be so compact it’s very powerful. My first Tens Unit stop working after about week of being in my possession but my friend didn’t experience any malfunction. The malfunction I experienced was with the pads & cords. For some odd reason the electrical current stopped flowing. I contacted the seller seeking a way to possibly reset the unit and they sent a replacement. I’m stickler for customer service and their customer service was impeccable!!!! I love my Tens Unit! I recommend it to anyone suffering with any type of body aches that would call for Chiropractic treatment .

this thing is awesome. I was taking four 200 mg over-the-counter ibuprofen for pain. Ever since I got this thing I have not taken anything for pain at all. It is absolutely exactly what I needed for. I was concerned that taking too many pills would affect my liver over time and I am so happy i found a chemical free alternatives for pain. my wife and i have periformis syndrome (pain in the siatic nerve) from hiking - this tens unit was clutch!

Genuinely helps.
Although I've had a tens unit used on me at the chiropractor's office, I'd never tried using one at home until I bought this one. I found the directions to be mediocre, but figuring out the device was easy. I just worked through all the different options until I understood it all. You get 24 different patterns of stimulation total.The large pads that come with the kit--you get two sets of them--stick to my skin well. The one set of little pads doesn't stick nearly as well, though. The unit itself is small--smaller than even a flip cellphone--and is easily tucked into a pocket during use. I put it in my shirt pocket.Overall, I would recommend this device. It lessens the pain from my chronic back knots and also lessened the pain from my shin splints.Also, be sure to read the safety protocols about length of time and placement. The booklet does cover that.

GOOD customer service
I received this unit and was very excited to use it. I have several ailments that could benefit from this type therapy.I love the fact that I can just recharge this unit as needed. I charged mine up and used it for a surprising session! I was happy with this unit. The next time I tried to turn on the tens unit it would not turn on. I charged the tens unit with no results.I had to return my unit.....I first emailed the company and with in a few days they sent me another brand new Tens Unit Muscle Stimulator and asked that I return my defective one.This company stands behind their product! Two thumbs up!

Excellent stim therapy 😊
The stem devices are not new to me as I've had many units in the past were helped me with muscle fatigue but also used especially post injury. The levels can be set from low to very high but like all stimulators, I definitely encourage people to read the manuals and start out really slow.You also want to make sure that the skin that you'll be putting the electrode patch on is nice and clean and preferably clean with rubbing alcohol. The display is crystal clear and has a blue lit light and is also very easy to charge 😃👍
