I noticed the stab bars have a rare tendency to sometimes derail (pop off the housing grooves) when removing keycaps, but they are designed to stay put for the most part. Helps to inspect the bars whenever keycaps are removed.The inserts do not need clipping as the bottoms are completely flat and will cleanly bottom out. That'll save a few minutes of work!When lubed and modded with the popular holee mod, they perform flawlessly. Also as a bonus, they come with sticky silicone PCB pads for the housings that apply easily enough (once you get the hang of peeling the stickers off cleanly), a very pleasant bonus indeed. They also come with a sheet of adhesive EVA foam that can be cut to size for filling in the spacebar, helpful if the spacebar sounds too hollow.For a great bargain vs competing brand name products, these stabs are my new go-to for PCB mounted stabs.

I needed some stabs quickly because I had a keyboard unexpectedly ship out and Amazon didn't have durock v2 in stock. I was worried and bought these. I was definitely not expecting these to work as good as they. I did have to clip a nub and obviously I lubed them with 205g0 and used Krytox XHT BDZ on the wires. No rattle, no wire popping. Plus they come with foam so you can make mute the keys more. I will be buying these from now on, cheaper than durock v2 and works just as great. Don't hesitate to buy these, you won't be disappointed as long as you lube them correctly.

Best stabilizers I've used overall, and I was replacing Durock v2s with these. Came with sticky-pads for a bandaid style mod and spacebar foam, even. No rattle at all and they sound and feel better than my Durocks, and I modified those ones more. All I did for these was dunked the end of the wires in G-Lube from Glorious and put them together.The sticky pads are annoying to actually get off their tape-paper but they work a treat once they're finally on and you've sworn at them for about half an hour.

I bought these purely for the color. The style looks like durock v1 screw ins, which are notorious for wire popping. However, the tolerances are great -- the wire is not popping out of the housing clip. They also clip tightly (in a good way) in the PCB i am using. I used krytox on the wire and housing to lubricate the stabilizers, a standard mod. Works great, which I did not expect for a more aesthetic purchase.

These are awesome. Replaced the stabs on the NK87 board, and zero rattle on the space bar. A really good upgrade to the stock stabs on the NK87.

Stabilizers did not come with the screws. I had to pull out some m2x5mm screws from my parts bin.

I'm convinced that these stabilizers are leftovers from a more premium brand that couldn't be sold due to QC issues.I purchased three sets of these. I opened all three and compared the space bar wires for balancing, with the intention of using the best ones. Exactly zero out of my six space bar wires came balanced out of the box (two 6.25 U and two 7U). All of them would tick on my table to various extremes when I put them on a flat surface and gently tapped one side.I had to purchase individual space bar wires just for these to be moderately usable. But when properly installed and lubed (both space bar and 2U stabilizers), these still do not sound as solid as some of the premium brands, like Durock. They don't even sound or feel as solid as some of my higher end plate mount stabilizers, and these are screw in.
