This works so good. You just heat the oil then add fryaway let set on hot pad within around 15 mins you can scoop out easily like when your grease gets solid. I will always use this item.

So I have been eyeing this brand for quite a while now. I just got a deep fryer and needed something to solidify it. This stuff works as intended! Just a few scoops and I let it sit for a couple hours and bam! Just make sure your oil is hot before adding some scoops. I bought the big bag 1.5 gallon size one as to I will be doing fries and cod more often. I did the subscribe and save deal. Looking forward to this saving me from not having to use tubs to throw away and just solidify it. I give this a 10/10. Thank you!
