Once I had all parts painted, it took all of about 15 minutes to install. Came with all the replacement bolts, washers and bolts.

Good quality, but remember it's bare metal. You will need to paint or powercoat it shortly after receiving it. I had it powder coated at a local shop and looks great on the bike!
