Very much how textbooks portray anatomy. I really do love the poster, it even came with instruction on how to uncurl it. I do want to caution anyone buying this on a whim, the other side of the poster is not pregnancy focused, but female anatomy focused with lots of close up images, some of private areas. Again these are drawn and not photographs. These are also accurate depictions great for teaching, but maybe not something you want to be readily accessible depending on who is in your house and their maturity level.
