Bear Creek Pasta Mix, Alfredo, 9.7 Ounce (Pack of 6)

The Alfredo product is almost flavorless. I almost couldn't believe it given how good their soup mixes are. The first warning I suppose should have come from the fact it needs no milk and there isn't a whole lot of powder in the package. I ended up using a fair bit of garlic powder, salt, and a little heavy cream to get at least a modicum of Alfredo flavor in there. Not impressed at all. Hopefully the others are better.

The best pasta I’ve ever had unfortunately you can only get it on Amazon which is a good thing when the grocery store did sell they were extremely expensive and hard to get but ordering in bulk makes life easier! This is the best pasta I’ve ever had absolutely delicious

A great addition for a prepper. Just add water. Good taste... a bit salty.

The Bear Creek pasta and rice mixes are a good inexpensive option for backpacking meals. I particularly like that you only have to add water. I have a hard time finding mixes that don't require milk. With the alfredo I like to add freeze dried peas. I just soak the peas in a zip lock with cold water and then add towards the end of the cooking time. I find that one package (with a couple of cups of peas) feeds two people after a day of hiking.

This is the only pasta I've found that just takes water to make. I add broccoli florets and chicken to it, and it makes a delicious meal. I also recommend the Cheddar Broccoli and Cheddar Cheese flavors.

Great for quick meals when out camping in our RV. Various seafoods can be added, making for a very tasty meal.
