I love this product. What I love even more is that this lady has posted video using it on herself and others. I mean, it's a little crazy and weird. Both that she'd post it and that I sat and watched them, but you know what? It was 100% educational. Watched a couple times to improve my technique and can now sugar brazilian myself quickly and easily. So if you're having trouble, go watch her video and pay attention to the application.I no longer have to lay a whole garbage bag on the floor and spread what is often too hot wax onto my vajay. I don't have a break out a bottle of oil to get the remainder of the wax off my body. No paying for expensive strips or having to cut up a roll, no worrying about getting wax everywhere. Very easy to wash off and wipe off the floor.I find it easier to use an applicator of some sort instead of your hands; I've used an old credit card a couple times and hey, it worked perfectly. I've even moved on to using this on my armpits. (It's great. No dark under arms!) So if you're having trouble with the product getting gooey too quickly, use an applicator. If still having this issue, move up to the firmer version.One star off because I feel it's a little expensive. It's sugar, water and lemon. Just too expensive. Will buy until I make a good batch myself.

This was our first attempt at Sugaring, having done at home waxing many times previously. Wow sugaring is so much better! Takes a bit to get used to working with sugar rather than wax, but it really is remarkable how much easier it is. Only takes 15 seconds in the microwave to get ready (wax took an hour in the warmer) and you can use the same sugar ball over and over again. Really lets you speed through an area. And cleanup after is great, the sugar bits will dissolve away in the shower unlike wax which is awful to try and remove. Great product and very helpful instruction videos on their website and youtube channel.

I am new to sugaring however I just purchased my second jar of the medium-firm. I have successfully sugared my armpits, my stomach trail, most recently full legs and just last night a full Brazilian on myself. I have not reached for the razor since. It is amazing and my bikini line is slowly improving from razor bumps/ unsightly dark marks. I love being hairless but the razors were just too irritating for my skin. I am hooked. Thank you Grace, your instructional videos are so helpful and learning the sugaring removal method is helping to give me back the confidence I lost when it comes to showing off my skin.

So far, this is the best I've worked with since ordering sugar paste off Amazon. This is NOT WAX and the user should know how to apply and use the product or at least try to learn the technique before writing a review.

So far the results I've had are fantastic! I have not perfected the technique, it takes me longer than i would like it too but for me the pain isn't as bad if i compare it to my gigis hard wax.

I've sugared before, but this stuff is too soft. Even in a cold climate you get about one go and it becomes too warm and ends up a sticky mess that you can no longer work with.

This worked well enough for legs but getting to the sensitive regions was a big mess. The sugar paste would not stay solid enough after a single pass and would often have to be pulled and washed off. I've tried microwaving it, not microwaving it, being less frequent between passes, working it between my fingers to heat up instead of the microwave..nothing kept the paste from getting too soft and sticky. I will continue to use the product for my legs but am not sure if I will purchase again. Might have to look for a firmer paste.

I really love this product, it's the first sugaring product I have bought and used at home.Sugaring in general, including with this product, has been wonderful for me. I have thick dark body hair and refuse to shave just to get a 5'o clock shadow. I waxed (with hot wax) for a while but my skin would always be left damaged, broken out, and with ingrown hairs. With sugar I have less pain, virtually no break outs, way fewer ingrowns, and the hair must be being pulled out more effectively because it grows back WAY more slowly than when I wax! The best body hair removal method I have found.The cons, however, after sugaring about 3 patches of skin (in a cool environment) with the same sugar ball, the sugar gets too warm and starts sticking to everything and I have to constantly wash it off my hands, and I have gotten it stuck to my skin and its very messy. Would the "firm" sugar work better for me? If anyone has suggestions let me know!!
