Very effective case

With an absence of rugged flagship smartphones in the market, this case gives military grade protection. This design and build of the case is consistent with the description.Design: The case makes the S21 Ultra taller and wider. It is noticeable larger when you compare it to other cases. But you soon forget that shortly afterwards because it feels good in the hand. It also flattens out the back to prevent wobbling from the camera. The back also has tiny rubber nubs built into the design that prevent it from sliding on flat surfaces. The front has enough lift at the top and bottom to protect the screen when laying it face down on flat surfaces.It doesn't come with a screen protector. At this price, I wouldn't expect it too. Get a tempered glass screen protector that goes to the edges and put it on before you put the case on. This case has a hard plastic frame that snaps on first and will seal over the edges of the screen protector. This will prevent the edges from lifting up over time and dust getting under the edges. Unless you damage the screen protector, it should stay perfect for the life of the device.The ports, speaker and microphone cut outs are perfect. The only challenge is the thick flap that covers the charging port. It reminds you how much protection there is. I keep my nails extremely short, so this is a little more difficult for me to open. I will likely use my wireless charger more as a result. Wireless charging works perfectly fine. This isn't a deal breaker.The S Pen holder is on the left. It is designed for the S Pen specifically made for the S21 Ultra. This is the best implementation I have experienced so far. The other cases require wedging the pen that will eventually lose its integrity. Other cases require you to put the S Pen in a certain way. This case has a hole in the top and guides it in. The S Pen will not fall out due to accidental bumps and drops.The kickstand is a bonus. It is engineered really well. It is flush when closed and blends into the design of the back. Easily forgotten if you don't use it. When open, it is sturdy. It allows the device to be used in portrait or landscape. It also gives you a finger loop big enough for those with big hands and/or thick fingers.This case makes the best smartphone of 2021 into a military grade smartphone. All the protection and design without the bulkiness. That makes the S21 Ultra a complete device for me!

Unlike some other cases I've had, this one has shown it can take some drops. My phone gets dropped at least 1x per week when exiting or getting into my semi-tractor. Just wish the kickstand would lock into place and hold.

So first, I have a 4 month old and I use my phone to FaceTime with her grandparents almost daily. Having the little stand in the back doubles as a sort of "popsocket" so I know I won't drop it on her, plus I can place it down for handsfree talking (although I'll admit, it sits at an upwards angle so I do have to fanagle things a bit sometimes).But why did I come back to leave this a 5 star review after ordering it 3 months ago? Let me tell you a story....I was waiting for my partner to get back from a hike, I had baby and she was fussy. We were camping, so I took baby to the back seat of the car to wrap her in a blanket and casually set my phone on the roof of the car, immediately thinking "you cannot forget that there." Spoiler: I forgot that there.I put the car in reverse, drove through the campground, down the 4 mile road to the campground (that also has multiple cattle guards), turned onto the 65mph highway and drove down that for 3 miles, turned onto the gravel road (more cattle guards) to our cabin, and after about 10 minutes inside I go "idk where my phone is, ima go check the car."I open the back door and INSTANTLY remembered "don't leave that there". So I start going "noooo omg please nooo I DID NOT DO THAT nooooo!!!!" and in desperation I place my hand on the roof where I had left it....IT WAS STILL THERE!!!!How did those 5 tiny rubber dots hold it there I have no clue!!! But this was the best purchase I've ever made for my phone JUST for that reason lmaoooo

This is an excellent case very sturdy and fits like a glove Which is not always the case pun intended. I do not fully understand the people that complain about this case being too large , it is for one of the largest phones on the market With a Pen holder on the side there is no physical way to make this case smaller. With that being said it does its job Very well Protecting your phone And utilizing the controls on the Side. The very small weak link as described in the title is the belt holster , the very small plastic Part that holds the phone To the holster Is too thin and has broken on me twice . And once again I understand this is a very large phone with a lot of girth and weight And I do take my phone in-and-out A lot out of the holster This is where The very excellent customer service part of the equation comes in. Just got off the phone with Mike in customer service And have a replacement coming right away. It was amazingly easy To get a live voice And have somebody that can actually do something about your issue rather than Never talking to somebody Or playing phone tag with multiple back-and-forth about photos and if you did something wrong To cause the issue And getting 5 follow up calls or text about customer service and if they actually helped you when they know d***** well they didn't So I salute Supcase and Mike. to a quick and easy solution to my issue. Hearkens me back to an earlier age When companies actually try to help and take care of your problem Okay I will quit waxing sentimental. Back to the case at hand Pun intended, Excellent case excellent customer service And if you're not going to use the belt holster No issues whatsoever nothing but excellence. So remember when you're thinking about ordering A cheaper case or an overpriced Otterbox or Otterbox wanna be In my only 1st hand experience with supcase they've been the best.
