They are small in size and a great raspberry flavor. For me the only down side is them being covered in too much sugar. If I could figure a way to take it off i would.I think they are higher priced as well but if it really makes a difference that's ok for now. It does have sulfites in it! I did not see this before. This is bad for people like me that get migraines. Also a no for cancer survivors. It does say to consult with your physician and I have seen a difference. Especially with my nails. My hair a little bit.
