Choke cable is to long and will not fit into the tube on top of the carburetor.
Choke cable is 1.5 feet to long and does not fit in the receiver on top of the carburetor.

Not Worth the Risk
It might work but you have to replace a lot more that just the throttle cable. I didn't want to risk it since it touches the oil injector. You may not know there's an issue until it's too late.
