Woodshop DIY Wood Model Kits - Fighter Plane, Race Car, Helicopter (and Sailboat OR Pirate Ship) Kids Set of 4

We have been really happy with these (have built 3 of the 4 included kits with 3- and/or 6-yr.-old the past few weeks). So far, no issues with broken parts, etc. Easy to construct and fun for kids to paint afterwards if they wish! The toys are fully functional too as long as your kids are careful. Great rainy-day activity!

I helped my four-year-old glue these together. We still got the jet fighter upside down but you can’t really tell. Was originally looking for kits to hammer but these did just fine. I think he had more fun painting them after we built them. Good way to spend a few hours on a Sunday afternoon.

Great for kids

This was the perfect set for my son & his Granddaddy! They always want to build & create when he’s babysitting, and having a kit with everything in it was perfect. My son can pick one & then they can work on it. They’ve built the sailboat already & had a blast. Simple but just right!

The boat was easy and fun but the rest of the assembly was hard for a 5 and 7 years old kids, they needed their parents to put the helicopter and the race car together.

Pretty sd excuse, really.

Work as expected

I purchased this set of wood model kits to give to my granddaughter as part of a Christmas present. We had bought her her own tool kit and I thought it would be fun for her to have some projects to practice hammering and putting together simple kits as a way of using the new tool kit. The kits were nicely packaged but we haven't done any of the projects yet so I can't say how easy they will go together. My only disappointment in general when I researched craft kits for kids is the fact that most kits are geared for boys. The only one that is more neutral I found in another set I purchased separately to make a birdhouse. It would be nice if companies would take into account that girls like to do would crafts and building projects also.
