Ik had de West Bend Popcorn Machine order vrijwel direct weer geannuleerd, maar dit werd genegeerd en een dag later is deze alsnog naar mij verzonden. - Aan de vele stickers op de doos kun je zien dat deze al meerdere keren geretourneerd was. - Een gebroken stuk plastic van de binnenkant onderin, lag los buiten de verpakking in de doos. - De aansluiting van het roerstaafje bovenin zit helemaal scheef. - Het onder klepje onder de deur past niet goed. - Bijzonder slecht afgewerkt, of behoorlijk toegetakeld. Dit is moedwillig naar de klant gestuurd om te dumpen. De retourservice is in Nederland onbekend en dus wordt ook nog verwacht dat je dit op eigen kosten naar de UK retourneert. Schandalig.

I am replacing my smaller oil popcorn maker with this one. The popcorn is made within 4- 5 minutes. The only issue you may have is leaving it on too long and burning some popped kernels. Definitely should not be used by children. Best to stop popping and dump near the end and not right at the end...because it seems very hot and burns the popcorn within seconds. It makes quite a bit of popcorn. You can use 1/2 cup of kernels at a time. It comes with a small plastic scooper for getting the popcorn out, a 1/4c measuring cup for the popcorn and 1tbsp measuring spoon for the oil. The instructions indicate that the oil will make the plastic look bad over time, so it needs to be cleaned after each use.

It only works on 120V which i didnt know except after receiving it and I had to buy an expensive converter in a very short time to be able to use it in the party, this should be clearly communicated or at least on the package print and not in the manual fine print as it is now since it is sold in UK from UK seller.
