Tested Feel: Ceiling Wall Mount Bracket is strongly made and feels solid, not heavy but not light.Tested Durability: We took the Ceiling Wall Mount Bracket and banged it with a hammer on the front an back and although it had some dents,chips, bumps and bruises, nothing broke from it and stayed together. Tested Sturdiness: We attached the suspension straps bracket with the 2 steel screws that it came with to a main beam in our home gym. This took some time but we wanted to make sure it was done right. If your not handy you might need a professional to mount it for you. We then attached our suspension cables, battle ropes, yoga swing and gymnastic rings and we used them working out. The wall mount bracket worked with no problems, never moved and never shifted. Forgot the bracket was even there. We did some pull-ups, holding the mount to make sure it would hold the required weight and once again it didn't budge.
