This is what it says a carpet protector. Had it a few weeks and it seems fine. It means that the chairs moves a bit easier but still does not roll freely but that is to be expected. Not sure about the durability but so far it seems to be holding up ok. As for unrolling it I saw some reviews that said it was really difficult. It is stiff when you first get it but I just put it by a radiator for an hour. I then rolled it out and weighted down the edges. It laid flat of its own accord within 24 hours and was usable almost straightaway. I think it is good value but of course not sure how long it will last.

The size is good and it settles flat after a day or two. I think it should be a bit thicker as the wheels of the chair make dents in the material which then prevents easy gliding of the chair.

As described, works as intended.It’s a bit stiff but will stay flat.The only thing is, it has a very strong plastic(?) smell? It’s been a month and the smell still lingers, I personally don’t mind but those with sensitive smell might want to reconsider, especially you have a smaller space.

A good size, but in my opinion, it feels quite thin and not as firm as my previous one, so the chair doesn’t glide too easily.

The mat is a good size with grips/ studs on the one side. But it is flimsy and so if used on a carpeted floor like I am the office chair wheels still sink into the carpeting and the mat rolls up/ bunches up as a result. Needs to be sturdier.

Where to start???? If I would have given "Nil points" if I could have done. This product does not grip the carpet and IT moves, but the chair doesn't move at all: the mat is so flimsy that the wheels of the chair just dig into the mat (no, I'm NOT a heavy person by any means!) and they form dents which make it nigh on impossible to get out of! This is SO bad I am returning it. Unfortunately I didn't read the small print and will have to pay the returns charge, but at least I'll get most of my investment in this appaling item back to spend on one that actually works! I would most definitely NOT recommend this to anyone I cared about!

I use this on my cream carpets in my daughters room saving marks and stains. Very good product
