Box apparently was carefully opened, device removed, then the box was resealed with double stick tape.

Super cute. I have "lost" it 3X because the magnet attaches to metal objects.

This is Gold toned not silver
I have ordered this band twice. Both times I have received a gold toned band. It clearly states in the description that it is Platinum stainless steel . It is not. How frustrating. I only wear silver. My fitbit was ordered specifically with silver.AMAZON PAY ATTENTION!

Not what’s pictured, loose connection
All product pictures are of gold bands and yet somehow the one that came to me was silver.Why doesn’t it match the product pictures? No idea.The band is pretty good quality itself although it doesn’t seem to tightly attach to the tracker.
