Q: Will the smart board mx065-v2 mount to this cart?

I am not sure, I think it uses a generic type mounting. I attached my 77 inch lg oled tv to the mount and the tv & mount to the stand. So see what mount is used for a 2020 or 2021 lg 77 inch tv and see if it is the same type you are planning on useing.

Q: Will this mount a 50 inch tv?

The mobile tv stand is for 55-90 inch tvs and can hold up to 200Lbs. The compatible vesa size(s) is from 200x200mm to 800x500mm. If you install 50 inch tv, the vertical brackets will protrude and it may affect the appearance. Hope it can help you.
