Fresh by Amity Jack | A Pure Premium Dietary Fiber Supplement for Men | Psyllium Husk Capsules with Chia Seed Powder

I’ve been using Pure for Men for almost two years with great success but they’re currently out of stock. Therefore, I figured I’d give this brand a chance. It seems to be doing the job but it makes me feel bloated/gassy. I’ve never had that issue with Pure for Men. But this is my only option currently so I’ll continue to use it.EDIT 1/14/18:I decided to check the ingredients for both Fresh and Pure for Men to see if there was a difference and perhaps figure out why Fresh causes bloating and minor discomfort (for me) whereas PfM doesn't. The only ingredient I found a difference in was that Fresh has an additive called Titanium Dioxide. Titanium Dioxide is nanoparticulate that's added to all kinds of things ranging from sunscreen to vitamin supplements. According to a couple of sources (American College of Healthcare Sciences and Nutrition Facts), Titanium Dioxide can allegedly cause small intestine inflammation, especially in people who already have digestive ailments like Crohn's Disease and Irritable Bowel Syndrome.Unfortunately, not enough research has been conducted to know for sure whether or not Titanium Dioxide is definitely harmful but if there's suspicion that it is, perhaps Amity Jack should consider removing this ingredient from their product.If you have either IBS or Crohn's, I would suggest that you avoid using this fiber supplement. It might actually work against what you're trying to accomplish! Hope this helps some people out!

The dosage instructions were pretty vague, so I guessed “2 a day,” and that seems to be particularly effective at doing its job … just a really good dose of extra fiber to make sure that everything leaves at the same time …

All the other brands reformulated to add Aloe. I myself am allergic to latex (Aloe contains latex) and trying to save a few bucks I tried one of the others. I developed severe gastritis. Aloe is also known for causing gastric distress (cramps, nausea, diarrhea) I reached out to Amity Jack support and they assured me that it remains aloe free. Aloe can also interfere with absorption of PREP, HIV & Diabetes medications. If you read the reviews of the other brands you will see a lot of the above mentioned side effects. So saving a few bucks yielded expensive medical visits. Amity Jack works if taken as directed. I sticking with Amity Jack from now on. Also any time I ever reached out to them on a customer service level (The Amity Jack Company) They have always been helpful with concerns and questions.

I have been taking this supplement for about a week now and it has delivered on results. I have tried other brands and Fresh by Amity Jack does just as good of a job if not better. Needless to say, I be ordering this product in the future.

Disappointing doesn't seem to cover how I feel. Ever since I received this, I have followed the directions to the letter. I drank a big glass of water with two pills in the morning, stayed hydrated throughout the day, and took another two pills with a big glass of water in the evening. The end result? I'm loaded, I've had terrible gas, and there's no appreciable change in my bathroom habits. If anything, I feel as though it's caused me to be backed up. This product is somehow supposed to be better than Pure For Men? I guess you do get what you pay for. :-/

I've been using the competition for many months and love it. I saw this product and decided to give it a try. If taken as directed it supplies half the mg as the product I currently use, so for myself, this is more expensive. If you can achieve the results you need taking this product as directed (2 capsules once a day) then this is a fair priced FANTASTIC product.

These worked really well! I do recommend drinking a lot more water than what is listed!
