Great item

Really great product after undergoing double jaw surgery. My one main issue is the absolutely pointless bar between the mouth and nose. It doesn't hold and real amount liquid so doesn't cool and the mouth gap is too small which wouldn't have been an issue otherwise. Makes it less comfortable to wear. Either make it so it has a function or remove. Item stays cool for long enough after putting in the freezer. Doesn't feel cold enough on the soft size so put blue side against skin. Purchased two so I can alternate between.

Very cooling love the effect even if not permanent

Due to the way the straps fasten round the head it is hard to feel the cold properly anywhere but forehead. The fur lining inside, I understand, is to prevent ice burns but it is a bit too insulated and doesn't get as cold as I would like. Also, the fur inside is hard to make sterile I wouldn't want to keep putting something on my face I can't wash properly. Finally the most tricky thing with this product is the holes for eyes nose and mouth don't work for me, maybe would work on a large man but the bar between nose and mouth sits between my lips and I can only see half way out of the eyes. When I use it the other way round it's okayish.

Absolute garbage, popped on first use, can't return through Amazon, total waste of a tenner.

Best gadget I bought for ages (and I do like a gadget!). Easy to use, comfortable… love them!

Lovely and comfy

Great mask at a great price, the straps keep the mask in place really well and it cooks the face down just as it says. I purchased this for helping with face swelling after a procedure and it defo helped. It comes in a pouch with instructions, my only improvement that I can think of (and it’s very small) is the paper that the instructions come on has a marble effect background so for a second you think the product has leaked - maybe worth changing! All in all I would purchase again.

Encaja bien, la parte anterior de la máscara (la que se apoya en la cara) viene con un material distinto a la otra cara, el que no se apoya a la cara... enfría.. pero no dura mucho.. serán unos 3 minutos y hay que volver a poner en el frigo. Encaja muy bien en la cara y las tiras de sujeción hacen que al ajustar bien refresque bien todo tu rostro, pero la duración es escasa.. yo la he usado en sus dos lados por que sino se tarda mas en enfriar que en su uso. El material es de primera calidad.
