Fabulous product. The bass pitch Is very nice and positioned higher on the face for ergonomic posture. The high slap sounds great too and is distinct from the bass. Craftsmanship is excellent. Highly recommend this product! Thank you!

I am so happy I picked this cajon! It looks super cool, really like an old shipping wooden box and the finish makes it look old, not like a perfect piece of wood furniture. I love the sound of it with a nice bass and snare. I know it is adjustable, but it sounded great out of the box so I didn't touch it. The cajon just feels comfortable, solid and sounds great! CNZ was quick about answering my questions on this. It came with a bag, which was simple, but it still protects the cajon from damage. I bought it to play at home and take to my friends how to jam together, and I can't wait to show it to them. Please excuse me while I go play with my new cajon! :)

I was disappointed. It sounds like a regular box. No bass, and weak snare drum sounds. I plan to send it back.

OUTSTANDING!!! Ordered this Cajon for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. He is a percussionist/drummer/DJ by trade, so has many opportunities to put this to use. His latest love is playing at the local wine cellar/coffee house on open mic nights, where he joins many local musicians to play acoustic sets. He is thrilled with the tone of the instrument, and says the sound is easily comparable to LP or Meinl. The fact that the snare can be adjusted, the height of the Cajon, and the padded seat are additional bonuses. He stands about 6'5" and has very long legs, so this Cajon is a perfect height for him. Many others he has played stand around 14.5 - 15", which is really rather short and uncomfortable if you are tall. One more thing - the customer service is absolutely amazing!! These people are the best at seeing to the customers needs and taking care of any and all requests. I would absolutely recommend this product and this company. Five stars all the way!

Great product for acoustic performances at church. Easily adjustable for the sound you desire. Very nice designs available

Meh. The sound is decent but it's lacking in craftsmanship. I appears to be thrown together quickly with little regard to the appearance and finish. There is what (at first) appears to be a fracture in the front which I'm sure will turn in to a crack eventually. In hindsight, I would have spent a bit more money and gotten a Meinl, or LP.
