Will be trying it out this year, pretty sharp, wish handles were made out of better material, but still looks like a good product

First time it was put to use, my husband nabbed his first two deer. Did a fantastic job, quality material and neatly organized.

Bought a set for processing my own meat and was so happy I bought a second set to leave at my deer lease. These knives are sharp and have held up good so far. I have processed 4 deer and 1 hog with 1 set and I haven't had to sharpen them yet.

Used for field dressing and butchering whitetail deer. Bone saw cuts through the hip bone and leg bone like butter super sharp, be careful cleaning because you will end up with small cuts on fingertips if not careful (it's sharp). Boning/Fillet knife sharp enough to get the job done. Gut-Hook knife my favorite it is sharp and just does most of the work field dressing and prepping the deer. Caping knife works nice enough nothing that sticks out. Shinning cleaver was a big disappointment because it looks so cool I wanted to love it but other than the balance it does not have a purpose, it is too light and not sharp. Gave the cutting board to the wife to use in the kitchen. Used this to process a venison. Worked so well. Very sharp and durable.
