I received this roller a few months ago. Its a very sturdy and reliable product. It comes with a case you can store it in. I use it once a week. You have to be careful on how you use it because you could do some damage to your scalp or make it very tender. There are different sizes to the needles so it depends on what you're trying to do or where you're trying to use it. I would look on youtube for instructions even though it does come with some. But its best to gather some information from other sources to show how to use it.

I've been derma rolling my beard for almost three years and the Koi derma roller works great after a couple of passbys to the beard and cheek areas. They aren't as sharp as I'd want them to be but that's all based on personal preferance. The handle is sturd enough to firmly grasp it and the case that it comes with is sleak and feels premium when you touch it. The roller itself isn't too light but definetly isn't heavy enough for my liking. Overall, decent derma roller and does the job well

I bought this after researching several options. I will admit I bought the strongest one b/c I like to challenge myself. It's easy to use and comes with instructions. Do read them. They are detailed and kinda of small print but find a way to read it anyway. The roller is very sharp & has a nice texture to it. The case is great too. I'm using it once a month for now and I noticed it looks worse before it looks better. I'm pretty good about my skincare and I don't think. I look 44 b/c I'm religious about it. I haven't spent money on Botox since the 2020 pandemic but I have looked for alternatives. I believe it helps the product penetration work better. I do plan to update again when Ive had more practice with it, but so far so good. Do make sure you are sterilizing it after each use and following the directions. I'm also using it on my brows that I overplucked in the 90s and I have sparse areas. I feel like that has helped (used twice now and I feel hairs coming in! So I will keep an eye on the progress and let y'all know what happens!Update:It works! My brows are filling in and my hairline has had a rebirth lol! It looks like I cut very short bangs (baby hairs) but it is all regrowth! This thing works!

It comes in a very stylish case that is easy to keep and just the appropriate size. My hair growth has really improved since I started using this a few months ago. Before you start applying pressure to any region you choose, take your time because it takes some getting accustomed to, especially if you have sensitive skin. You'll undoubtedly see improvements if you use it consistently and keep your skin and hair hydrated.
