These are just as I expected. They work well for splices and the fact they form a seal by shrinking is a huge plus. Cannot complain.

Worked perfectly
Nice kit for any wiring project. Worked great for installing lights on my Jeep. The heat shrink connectors are a nice bonus.

They'll get you by. But not a permanent repair.
The barrels are thin and soft. They don't crimp well or hold the wire well. I wouldn't use them. The heat shrink works well.
