Gets The Job Done
Better than expected. My fiance and I took a two week road trip around the eastern US this summer in my Buick LeSabre and I bought this with the intention of cutting costs as much as possible. This thing is surprisingly comfortable, and it fit the back seat of my car perfectly. The included pillows are a bit of a joke, but I just brought my own anyways.Fits two adults comfortably, probably three if you don't mind cuddling a little. I'm 6'1", so I couldn't quite stretch out my legs all the way but that's not the bed's fault. It was stable on either side of the mattress, and only required minor re-inflation between uses.We slept on it for two weeks straight except for one night we spent in a motel and had no issues. It did develop a leak later in the trip, but the included patch kit put an end to it in no time. Finding the hole was the hardest part, just have to squeeze it, and listen patiently for the sssssssssss.Best $50 I ever spent considering it saved us two weeks of motel / hotel rooms.

Footwell piece needs replaced
This works well in our 2010 Honda Pilot middle bench seat. Comfortable to ride on and the bed portion holds air okay. Unfortunately the piece that goes in the foot wells and balances the bed leaks. I haven’t been able to find a replacement piece.

This is awesome. I ordered this for a long drive from Jersey to Florida and it held up well. It was perfect to relax in the back seat and sleep. The "legs" was a nice touch so the mattress was even. We did need to re-inflate twice, though.

NOT A TPU mattress - has PVC sections that I doubt will last
I will absolutely update this review after some time. But for now, I'm extremely disappointed! I had earlier purchased another mattress for the car from a different company, PVC. It was the best idea, but it absolutely did not last. I've had very similar experiences with other air mattresses through the years, they just are not meant for long term use and constant inflation. So, I saw this at TWICE the price of the other one, but excited by its TPU claim. I've had many PVC mattresses as I said, and they never lasted. So I've switched to the airspeed TPU mattresses and though they are much much better, they still don't have long-term success. But I just love this format,it's perfect for dogs or people in the car. Unfortunately, this mattress has two crucial parts - the mattress top part, and two "fillers" that make a level rest for the mattress by filling the voids between front and back seats. The mattress top is TPU, but the very important void filler parts are PVC, so as far as I'm concerned, it's very disingenuous to state this is a TPU mattress. If it lasts, I'll update, but I have very little faith at the moment. By the way, I paid over $60 a few days ago, and am quite sad to now see it at $50 when I came to write this review.

So far so good
This is my third different airbed. The last two were Zhao Wei (1/5) and SmartSpeed (3/5).This one, Shelterin, is so far my favorite. I actually got it replaced because the first one I got leaked air overnight without usage so my replacement so far feels a lot better. The Shelterin, impresses me because the material is TPU vs standard PVC that my last two airbeds were. The material difference is noticeable, heavier in weight, and would look like it’s more durable. We shall see how durable and reliable it is and if it lives up to its’ 2 year claim. The packaging is much better presented vs the last two. Real branding on the box. Comes with a drawstring bag vs competitor tote bags.I have no comment on the provided pillows and middle divider (yes it is removable) as I don’t need them. The negatives are:-The inflation holes (2) are located on the top left, behind the driver’s seat which is inconvenient as a right-hander. My last two air beds were located on the right side. This leaves me with an awkward locate the hole in the dark situation.-Minor: The air pump is generic and doesn't come in it's own box, just bubbled-wrapped. Not a big deal, no comment if it worked or not since i have my old ones to use.Overall, I recommend this product!

it’s impossible to get comfortable on. I don’t like it at all
Didn’t fit my Mazda 3. So I tried to use it as a regular air mattress. It’s so short and thin, it’s impossible to get comfortable on. I don’t like it at all. Waste of money

I recently went on a road trip and it was the most comfortable sleep I have ever gotten in a car
This thing is a life changer. I recently went on a road trip and it was the most comfortable sleep I have ever gotten in a car. I only inflated it once at the beginning of the trip and it stayed perfectly inflated throughout the week I was on the road. I bought it for a reasonable $25 and I recommend it for anyone who goes camping frequently or likes to road trip!

Problems staying inflated
I bought this a few months back. Within first week the bottom park deflated with small holes around the top groove strips. Had to patch all 8 top groves with mattress adhesive and glue to get it back to normal. After that was perfect. I have used this mattress for two months straight. Sadly last night it bit the dust. The mattress itself wouldn't stay inflated. I tried so hard to find the holes, but couldn't find them because the fabric on the bottom is so dark its hard to detect. The material on the top was also pretty difficult to find the point where the air was leaking out. I am pretty sad because this was the best mattress, and I slept so comfertably with a down topper to make it feel more like a real bed. Although this only lasted two month's, I am hopeful and purchasing another one today. The market on Amazon for these isn't that extravagant and I do believe this is the best quality one out there. Hope this helps anyone.
