Moon Plane

I love this book--more importantly, my 21 month old son adores it! We had a library copy and he asks for it so often I decided to buy him his own copy.The only reason I gave this four stars is because the book arrived with a black marker spot on the top (like often happens when a book at a store goes on clearance). It's leaked black ink onto every page :/ When I opened the book, I actually thought it was a squished spider, but it's on every page. Disappointed as I bought it new since my son adores it.

I bought this book a long time ago for my oldest son. We have enjoyed it many times. He is 12 years old now and will still ask me to read it to him sometimes. :) He still likes the pictures and has told me some of the things that he thought about when we read it together when he was little. The pictures are very simply drawn but that gives the children room to imagine more. Which is what I've always liked about this book. Wonderful book for mother and son to enjoy together......even when they are 12 years old.

I love the book but my “very good” condition copy had chocolate or something smeared all over the front of the book. I’m very upset. My kid doesn’t know the difference and loves the book either way but I really wanted it to come gently used not barely taken care of :(

I ordered this book for my astronomy obsessed toddler and it's one of the best book purchases I've made for him. The soft illustrations pair perfectly with the restrained writing, to make for a perfect bedtime read. This is a favorite that my son and I choose, night after night, as part of our bedtime ritual.

Inexpensive used book in great shape small tear in the dust cover but the book itself looks brand spanking new. Took a few weeks to get here but I wasn't in a rush.

This is the most wonderful children's book I've seen since E. Palmer Brown's Cheerful. My 9-month-old son literally crawls over the side of the glider and reaches for this book every night before going to bed and just beams at the pictures (and the font!). Now that he's crawling, he will often crawl over to his bookshelf and go directly for this book over others. It's amazing! Hurray for Peter McCarty!

I recommend this book for any child who loves to daydream about flying around the world and to the moon! It is a beautiful story that will bring back childhood memories of great bedtime stories for all of us! I am saving it for my grandson.

My 3 yr old (and his daddy) love this book. It is a sweet book about an adventure of imagination.

My son absolutely loves this book. He insists we read it every night before bed. It has all of his favourite things in it.

思っていたよりも大きく、重い絵本です。飛行機を見て、ぼうやが想像でその飛行機に乗り、月に行くお話です。点描のような、ぼんやりとした感じの挿絵で、大人から見ると、かなりノスタルジックです。ぼうやとお母さんが会う場面で、泣けてしまいました。カラー（昼間）の場面もなぜか暗めに見える挿絵です。余り長くないので暗記して、寝ながら息子（１歳３ケ月）に話して聞かせようと思います。絵本を見ての息子の反応は、今のところは、いまひとつ、です。

随分前に書いました今でも思い出すと時々読んでいます良い絵本です
