Q: how long its geranty?

This is a battery operated clock. I love it - no electric cord to plug into a wall, etc. The face is large and the numbers are very easy to read.

Q: Are the measurements including the black trim?

The 10" clock that I ordered measures 10" across and that is including the black trim.

Q: How do you stop this clock from spinning? Ive set the clock several times and the second hand keeps spinning fast.

I haven't had that problem with my clock, but you should either return it or contact the factory. This shouldn't happen & I"m sure the factory would like to know & should replace your clock.
