Had so much hope when I ordered this as I had been told this series was the go to. What I found dashed that hope. There’s lots of different media like pictures and diagrams, but there’s very little explanation or labels for them, and the diagrams have numbers for different components but not key for the numbers, so I’m left asking why even bother?!Save yourself the money and find videos on YouTube explaining the same thing.

The book itself is great but.... When you reach Chapter 10 the book on Advanced Diagnostics i.e the electronic sensors in a car. The Chapter is supposed to have voltage over time graphs displaying waveforms generated by different sensors such as the ABS system, crankshaft etc; the graphs are blank. This means that I can't see what the waveforms are supposed to look like, hence half of Chapter 10 is a complete waste.Three and a half stars in my opinion for sloppy proof reading.
