Feng Shui Water Fountains Indoor

The media could not be loaded. This is the most mesmerizing fountain I’ve ever seen. Important notes on assembly: Before pump installation, set the switch to medium flow. Make sure to adjust the waterfall bar to hit the lower back of the bowl or direct center. The bar moves easily back and forth. The mist maker will cause condensation. I use a wooden tray that is tiled on the inside. This fountain has three separate plugs which is smart but the only on/off switch is for the light. I found a multi plug smart outlet that allows me to control each function separately from my phone. This way you can turn off the magic mister which uses a lot of water and will minimize usage. I’m absolutely in love with this fountain! It’s so beautiful, the sound of water it makes is so soothing, the LED light is not too bright, plus the figures it comes with are ceramic, not plastic!Yes it does splash but I just got an acrylic tray, added some additional elements to it and created a beautiful scene that also prevents water from getting on the table… if you keep the water at a certain level it splashes less but also don’t put the pump on max power either

I was worried that it didn’t work as described but it worked.

Product appears to be nice. I purchased as a gift but there are no instructions. Will review once I figure out how to assemble.

This looks gorgeous and as advertised, however, do not buy it. The motor that pumps water from the base through the fountain portion SUCKS. A few weeks ago a few of the streams of the fountain appeared weak (I refill it every morning so the water level stays the same). After a few more weeks, some of the streams stop spewing water entirely. Now, the entire motor is busted. It makes noise and seems like it works, but no. It won't pump water. I tried to reset it a couple of times, and I got modest success in bringing it back to life (albeit with only a few streams of the fountain working), but it has since stopped working again.Do not buy this product. The motor for the fountain sucks and is not indicative of a product that costs this much. Major regret.1/14/2023 Edit:The company's customer service has been excellent. They provided free replacement pumps (unfortunately, with the same issue). I'm told upgraded pumps are on the way. I am willing to add a star and slightly withdraw my "regret" over purchasing. Just know - going into this it is not a fool-proof operation. The fountain remains on my table, but it is very frustrating when it does not work because it is so nice to look at it.Buy with some caution.

This thing leaks like crazy, no matter what you do or how you "adjust" it. The atomizer creates a dense layer of fog/mist which ends up condensing and creating puddles around the entire area. If you want to keep your furniture undamaged you MUST buy the appropriate size tray. Very elegant piece but not worth the cost due to its poor design.

I purchased this item because it looked like the best one for the money. Upon initial setup, the mist over-powered the unit and streamed water all over the table outside the unit. It was so much of a mess every time I turned it on that I finally stopped using it. The water reservoir is small and needs to be filled every other day as it empties fast and pump will run dry and make noise so you have to watch it closely. The other issue I noticed is the water fall discharges has gotten clogged with one or two not working properly. I use filtered water so that should not be a problem but I have gotten to the point of only using the light and nothing else. Not really the best for the money after all:-(
