I saw a lot of reviews that said these were bigger than they expected, and even then, I was still a bit surprised when I actually saw them. They are a great deal and super cute. I bought them for one of my nephews for Christmas when his Mom said he collects penguins. He was really excited and I think a lot of the other kids kinda envied him. They are a really good price for what they are. Plastic animals at the zoo, or local toy and craft stores around here cost so much for just one, and these are bigger and nicer than a lot of those.

I taught an art class about how to paint penguins using these models. The students were still able to clearly see the features of each one over the online connection because the models were large and nicely colored. The students really enjoyed the lesson and appreciated the reference models. I was able to make a step by step how to paint a rock hopper video and post it to a popular video viewing site.

I couldn't find any penguin toys for my son who is obsessed and these are perfect! I was scared they were going to be cheap and break really easily, but they are very well made and extremely durable. And they aren't small either, they are perfevt for my penguin lover.

These endangered good looking quality pingouins found a good home here… Would buy the entire colony !
