Great
I was pleasantly surprised with this, as this was my first electric guitar and extremely high quality for the price, the amp sounds great and the guitar itself is fantastic, could not recommend enough. It has good size, feels great to play.

The perfect starter set for a budding guitarist!
I bought this set almost a year ago for my then 10 year old son who was interested in learning to play the guitar. Granted, he's used it as often as I expected him too (not much), but I'm still very happy with my purchase (maybe I'll start playing again 😉). I had researched multiple sites online to find the perfect starter guitar for my son...one that was within my price range, was of good quality, and was NOT a toy guitar (never realized that would be an issue, but you'd be surprised). After my research from various websites, I had it narrowed down to 3 options. So I had my uncle, who used to play bass guitar in a local band, look at my choices. This was the one he picked, and the one I ultimately bought. This guitar is beautiful, and is a very good quality guitar. It's a full-sized guitar too, a guitar an adult could play as well (beware the smaller child-sized guitars that are marketed...do your research, if your child is a certain size there is no reason NOT to buy a full-sized guitar). And this particular purchase came with the works!! Everything your budding guitarist might need to get started, which includes an amp, extra strings (that we haven't needed yet) and a couple picks. Granted the set comes with additional pieces that aren't too helpful, like the guitar case which, frankly, is only good for keeping dust off, and another item (can't think of what it's called) that my uncle said should only be used with more experienced users. The amp is great, for our purposes. My uncle had said that it's a perfect starter amp, and my opinion is that it is loud enough lol and it does it's job. This amp may not be the best, but it gives a starter guitarist a good view of how an amp can change how notes sound when they're played. Again, very happy with this purchase. I feel it's a perfect all-inclusive starter introduction to the electric guitar, whether you're a child or an adult. And you can't beat the quality and quantity for the price!! And I'll end this review with a statement my uncle had made....you just need something to get started, and it doesn't have to cost a lot. And then, when the interest in playing guitar improves, if it does, then you can buy something better. And if the interest isn't there, well, then you didn't waste a lot of money on it.

Amp, and accessories. Needs a tuning manual for those that a new to tuning!
Definitely a great guitar, did have some glue residue is a little sticky on the neck. There is definitely some adjustments to be done in the making of the guitar but overall it’s a very good beginner guitar for those wanting to play electric guitar. The cord and shoulder strap could be better and the amp could be updated over all accessories are okay did have to get a better card and maybe have to get a diff amp otherwise the amp sound is ok but it would easily get damaged or broken due to sound so be careful ya’ll!! Love the guitar just needs some fine tuning, and accessories as well!!

First words out of my grandson was-Is it real? As he had the biggest smile on his face.
This guitar was a perfect gift for my 14 1/2 yr old grandson for Xmas. The smile never left his face all day as he carried it around for the rest of the day and into the evening. My daughter-in-law told me 2 days later that he learned 2 songs already and it hasn't left his side. I am so glad that gift was a huge hit. It came with an amp, a vinyl case, picks and extra cords in case one breaks. the price was great for what you got. the guitar was a pretty blue on the body of the guitar. I can't say enough about this guitar. It was a perfect gift that my grandson will enjoy for years to come.

Great first guitar.
I got this for my 13 yr old grandson it's his first electric 1 but it's working out great. He's really likes playing it along with his acoustics. So I would recommend this for beginners just learning.

8yo Boy loves it
GENERAL NOTES:This was my boys Christmas present and to be clear he loves it. He's never played guitar before. He did get a cheap ukulele for Christmas last year, but it didn't survive a few months. Sitting down with it he has trouble getting his hand out to the first fret, but he put about 5 hours on it Christmas Day and two hours the next morning before I took it to fix some issues i found playing it after her went to bed. So needless to say, this gift was a great choice as if he didn't like it i'm not out all that much and I can even use it to test pickups/setups.FIXES:His guitar had to have truss rod adjusted as there was too much tension on the neck and action was too low.Nut was shimmied to increase string height for first and second fret. It was unplayable.Steel Wool along back and sides of neck to cut down on some for the "Weird" spots i felt when playing it.Unscrewed the screws on the tremolo system, it required a lot more strength to use then necessaryOVERALL:Sounds good on little amp, it is a bit lacking but don't think you cant piss off your neighbors with it.Guitar when on other amps sounds good, clear precise, but it did favor higher notes. Bass was a bit lackluster (but not on strings I usually use, so I may just be biased.)Rocksmith picked it up with little issue, but it did favor the pickup selector in the 1 position (closest to the strings) for anyone who may be interested in that.If you're looking to pickup guitar or give as a gift, I'm not saying don't buy this but I am saying, you may be better off going with a bigger name with slightly better quality control. I was able to work it into something that can preform well for practice and learning but if you were to take this to your music shop it would cost you to have this done probably between $40-$75. However, there are few packages from the bigger brands that would still come close to what you get from this deal, and for a first guitar to see if they would stick with it, this still may be the best option then the guitar.
