I like the tingle from it
I've been using Beta-Alanine for some time now. It's a staple in my pre-workout. I like the tingle from it, lets you know that it's there and working. I've purchased bottles from other companies and have not gotten the same results. I love that with AMRAP Nutrition products you don't have to worry about the quality of what you're taking since they have built their company using only the highest quality ingredients. There may be some cheaper companies out there, but if your looking for quality look no further than AMRAP Nutrition.

Yet again another phenomenal product by AMRAP. Allows you to go the extra mile and absolutely delays the onset of lactic acid buildup. After 2 scoops i feel like i can go forever!

$.51 cents to boost your workout? Why not
Dissolvability: Wonderful! I threw this in my morning coffee before my training and noticed only a VERY mild change in flavor (coffee is already bitter so the Beta doesn't really effect the taste - throw some flavored creamer in there if you notice increased bitterness, or just enjoy your beta coffee and its anticipate results as you head to the gym and get over the flavor.) Even in cold water I found this Beta to dissolve without any issue.Flavor: just the slightest bitterness. I took this stuff straight under my tongue without water just to test it and found no flavor at all. I wouldn't recommend this approach because of how fast it was absorbed into my head and every blood vessel in my lips, but to answer the question, there's really no flavor.Price: I'll compare this to my go-to bulk supplement company that sells the exact same pure, high quality Carnosyn. They sell in a foil bag at $27 for 3x100g pouches. While AMRAP is selling at $.51 per 3g serving (1.5x AMRAP's dosage so that we're comparing apples to apples), this other company's 3g dose is $0.27. Exact same product quality. You decide for yourself if you want the convenience of a plastic container versus an annoying, non-resealable foil pouch though.Effect: I did find I liked a 3g dose over the recommended 2g (and the increased itch in my ears and face helps give that "I want to get after it right NOW" feeling. Just don't take this and have to have a conversation with your significant other before training...). Increased power? If we're talking increased work capacity, able to get more reps in the same period of time, or able to keep going longer than without, then yes, the product did give increased power. But if we're talking about able to get more weight on the bar, no, I didn't notice any difference in that. If you're looking for the latter result, you might need some other product. I did a row test (1:00 intervals with 2:00 rest x 6) and burpee test (100 burpees for time) and did find I was able to maintain consistency in the intervals easier than expected. Honestly though, I do wonder if there was some placebo effect during the row. I was unwilling to do that workout again without the beta. And the burpees....well, burpees suck...but in terms of being able to just keep going, maybe it was the itch in my face, maybe the beta was doing something else, I was able to do just that. Just suck through it.Will I buy it again? Not sure. I'm content with foil packets ;)

This literally decrease my soreness by ~ 50%. I tend to go in and out of lifting phases, and entering a phase always leaves me sore after each workout. This is a godsend. It doesn't take all soreness away but I don't feel broken after working out anymore. Definitely worth it
