UNEXPECTED HIGH QUALITY
I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this knife. It is not finished as well as a $400 knife but I would never be bashful about this knife. It is a bit heavier than my usual preference which is for one of the NSF food service grade Asian style Nakiris or Chinese chef knives such as made by Dexter Russell or Mercer. After cooking three meals a day for months, I find myself going to the Tuo more and more often. I love the way the tempered metal blade rings when used briskly chopping. I like the point and the blade shape: there is enough of a swell in the belly of the blade to use a rocking cut; the blade has a point which I miss in a Nakiri. One negative factor is that the smooth grip can get slippery- depending on what you're cutting! Very highly recommended!

Super sharp
Smooth effective cutting knife for cheese. Doesn't get stuck or smash soft cheese, cuts through like you hope it would

It was recommended by an Occupational Hand Therapist.
It is sharp and good value. Handle could be larger and ergonomically fit the hand.

Excellent product
This is an excellent knife for slicing cheeses. It even makes a clean cut through soft cheese such as Brie. It is well made and a pleasure to use.

It is serrated
I wish I had known that it was serrated. I definitely would have bought a different one. I prefer non serrated

Presentation
I bought this knife together with a bread knife as gifts for a friend I was visiting with. I cannot attest yet to the sharpness of the knives. However, we were both blown away by the presentation. They each arrived in a beautiful black box with red liner inside and a drying cloth. They look to be of a good quality and very comfortable to hold.

A New Knife added to My Collection.
Handles nice balance and performance as expected, I also expected the knife to be sharper. Is it worth the money time will tell.
