Very comfortable
For a massage chair, you get what you pay for. However, for a swivel chair, it’s delightful. A good size, very comfortable, very soft, sturdy, smooth swivel. The levers are a little too far back but i can cope. Was easy to assemble, except the T bar. Either the bend in the picture is wrong, or the bar is bent the wrong way. Or my eyes see it wrong, but i had to turn it over, opposing the picture to be able to screw it in. Hope that makes sense. All in all, a lovely chair.

Good value chair
Comfortable chair that looks great. Easy to build (took me 30 minutes and I’m 53 and have reduced mobility) and sturdy. No shaky arms or wonky back!? Foot rest can be pulled out a short way or a longer way for calves. Excellent when in reclined position. I don’t know how long the bars of the foot rest will last as they don’t seem to be strong enough to support the legs for a long time. We will see. Fabric is nice rather than PU. Cables do show at the back but you don’t notice them if you’re in a corner like me :) It is a USB connection for power. Material velcroes to the seat panel to hide them from the front. ‘Massage’ and heat easy to navigate through mode button although it is very much a wave of vibrations not shiatsu but this is a £125 chair not £500! My only concern is how well it will support my weight. I’m well under the 180kg it claims but time will tell.

Nicest thing about it is the colour
Bought it in the Black Friday sale and honestly I'd be pretty mad if I'd paid full price for it. I've had the chair just about two weeks now, bought for every day working from home. Assembly was fine, though I'm convinced some of the bolts were spinning. The buttons for the so-called massage function are under the fabric, with a thick piece of rubber over the top that is honestly held on with what looks like one of those glue dots that hold toys in packaging. It has fallen off so many times the glue has lost all stick and it's functionally useless. The massage itself is just vibrations that does nothing but make me feel a little nauseous. The chair is noisy. The armrests are seemingly loose, and when I tightened the bolts it seems to be as tight as they will go. The padding for the armrests also doesn't seem to be attached under the fabric, making a loud crunch when I move. Whenever I lean back--not reclining, just leaning back--the noise is awful. I'm a fairly average size woman and I fit in the chair well, so I wouldn't expect it to make sounds like it is straining. The backrest itself is miserable. Its most upright position still slopes back strangely, so I have to lean forwards to reach my keyboard and mouse. The reclining function moves the arms as well as the back--so when I hold the arms to inevitably have to push myself upright, the entire backrest moves forward with the weight on the arms and prevents you from actually managing to sit any straighter. I have to hold the base of the seat to push myself up. The footrest is unusual to me, honestly. I was expecting something that would swing out as a leg support rather than a full length leg rest, but this odd thing just slides out about a foot then calls it a day. It's more an inconvenience than anything, as it's too short to be practical for under a desk (if I want to use it, I have to swing the chair out from under my desk and tuck my legs right up with my knees almost to my chest) and the bulk of it while it's away prevents you from tucking your legs under the chair. It very much limits where you can position your legs under your desk. The ergonomics are terrible. Aside from the lack of back support while sitting and trying to work, the seat is strangely hard. The padding is very thin. Combine this with the limited leg positioning and it's just a bad experience. I'm going to have to purchase both a cushion and some sort of back support--I already have preexisting back problems, but this chair has aggravated it to the point of genuine pain. I bought this chair despite reading mixed reviews. I'd be in a better state if I'd stuck with the secondhand school chair I'd been using before. If you aren't spending much time in this chair, sure. The colour (green) is nice and it's aesthetically pleasing enough if you can get the massage switch to stick. Otherwise, save yourself the disappointment, save your spine and hips, and get something else. Wish I did. UPDATE: Less than 2 months after assembly the screws holding the backrest together have come undone, making the chair unstable and unsuitable for use.

Comfortable but not a massage chair
I wouldn’t say it’s a massage chair; more a vibrating chair at various intensities, which was disappointing. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. Looks nice. Footrest is the best feature by far.

This is not a massage chair. It makes loads of noise and vibrates so weakly you can barely feel it! 100% not a massage chair, steer clear!

Awful chair. Very uncomfortable, feels and looks cheap unlike the advertising, seating position doesn’t hold and it’s actually causing back issues instead of helping them, steer clear from this guys, spend a bit more and get a known brand. Very unhappy customer. I will say though the customer service is fantastic so there is that I guess

This is a dreadful chair - very poor quality for what you pay. While seated you slip towards the front of the seat which is uncomfortable - you slip forward as if you were sliding forward off the seat. I have started working from home and this is so disappointing- to get a refund how do I dismantle it ? I have recycled the packaging - it’s a disaster. Very very disappointing - avoid at all costs.
