WOW! This stuff really works great
This stuff really works fabulous if you use it properly. I’ve used 303 protectant for years on my boat vinyl seats, but I never did any type of deep cleaning or polishing other than just soap and water. You really don’t realize how dirty your vinyl is until you see it clean. The entire boat white vinyl almost looked like it was more of a tan color, but this cleaner brought them back to more of a white color. Sun tan lotion, dirt from the cover and rain, people rubbing on it, all that discoloring was gone after using this. The only downside, is this is not a spray and wipe product like most other vinyl products. You have to actually wax/buff the seats with a rag going in very small circles, and working in small sections at a time. It took far longer than I originally thought it would, but the results are far worth it.I would imagine this is a product you use every few years, at least in my case. I will probably stick to a coat of 303 protectant on top mid season, and then next season decide if they need more cleaning, or if just a quick spray of 303 will be enough.BUY this if your vinyl is looking dingy and you want to bring some new life back into it. I have tried almost countless products over the years, nothing worked as well as this to bring older seats back to looking newer. I am thoroughly impressed.

Magic for cleaning dirty white vinyl boat upholstery!
This is the best product if you're trying to clean and or rejuvenate white vinyl boat cushions. I bought a 95 Malibu Echelon from the original owner (responsible adult) who kept it in his barn when not in use. So the seats weren't burnt or split or cracked, but had gotten pretty dingy over the yrs. I saw potential, bought Star Brite vinyl cleaner and polish rubbed it in and whoa! It will take some elbow grease, sweat and work but it's all worth it. Trust me. I didn't "wipe" it on, I put a tablespoon squirt on microfiber rag and massaged it in. Knuckles, fingers and sometimes the heel of my palm. And by really digging deep you're not just cleaning the surface you're moisturizing and conditioning the vinyl itself. My cushions look damn near new for a 25yo boat. Just look at the pic. Before and after. If you're smart you'll buy it. If you're really smart you'll buy at least two bottles. Trust me. I rarely write reviews, but this product truly deserves props. Well done Star Brite. Thank you

Pretty good cleaner
This cleaner/polish did pretty good at cleaning the vinyl in our boat. For the most soiled areas, it did take two to four applications but the results are respectable. It leaves a subtle shine without an oily residue. Not quite like new but pretty clean.

Restored my boat seats and vinyl
This stuff totally works. I had seats that were in good shape (not torn), but were dull and wouldn't come white. I used regular types of cleaner and any surface dirt would come off, but the dull/discoloration was still there. This product and some elbow grease restored the seats. If you have stains from rust or other burns, it may not get that completely out, but it will definitely change the overall look of the seats. It's not a magic wand and the seats won't look brand new, but it is a very inexpensive way to breathe some new life into your seats. You want them to look new - after cleaning with this, spray with Duplicolor vinyl paint. But you may not have to after using this cleaner first.

Sadly, modest improvement
Followed instructions, but, the end result was not what I expected, the vinyl appeared very clean but no color was improved, still very dull.

Does work.....but you will need a lot of scrubbing.
I have owned my boat since 2016 when purchased new. My white vinyl seats have turned dingy and off white over the years of use. I spent a whole afternoon with a pack of polishing pads and micro fiber cloths and my seats look very good. It takes several coats and you must change out your polishing pads with new every seat. It will take two bottles and I think one more afternoon of work will make them look even better. I wish i took a before and after photo.

Performs as advertised
This product actually performs as advertised. I had some very stubborn ground-in dirt stains on the vinyl fabric of our pop-top camper. I tried everything: 303 Multipurpose Cleaner, Simple Green, Rejuvenate Vinyl Cleaner, vinegar, baking soda, peroxide and ammonia, and more. Non of those even made a dent - even when applied with a brush. I don't know anything about boats and just stumbled on this Starbrite stuff and though what the heck, can't hurt any more than all the other stuff I used. The Starbrite polish lifted the lighter stains with just one application. The heavier stains came out too, but it took a little elbow grease and 2-3 passes. Not only did it remove stains, it seemed to soften the vinyl and give it a nice healthy gloss. I was so pleased to find this product, I purchased a second bottle the next day just so I'd have it around for next time. I would absolutely recommend this product.
