ordered it last night and received it before lunchtime. fast delivery but surprisingly like it comes from the oven it was hot and I ordered creams together with this product, anyways. I have tried different machines like this before, powerdot is still my fave but the price is too much. pros: - the heating future of this machine is what I love the most. It's not hot that will burn you but decent amount of heat - powerful - simple to use, 3 modes on the menu panel and the heating function has a separate button - gel pads replacement are not that expensive ( compatible ones) I think this will wear off easily cons - the pads - unlike other pad attachments, this one uses gel pads maybe because of the heat function, I hope this attachment device will not tear/wear off anytime soon replacement is quite expensive - no hard case - expensive overall - decent device if you think you need the heat function it's definitely worth it, I bought this for that special reason and I am pleased with the low/hi setting not weak and not too much. if you are looking for TENS/EMS function only, I think other brands can deliver as much as the same with a little hole in your pocket.

This is such an amazing product I just received it yesterday. I’ve done one session only over night woke up in the morning and my back already feeling amazing the next morning. I’ve been having a major back injury for the last 3 years because I’m a professional athlete and this product did wonders from one session. I will continue the session and see how my back recover with it. I give it 9 /10 so far I’m so amazed. No more pain killers now time to recover for good after suffering for 3 years

I bought this item at the end of July, it worked perfectly and it helped, then a month this product has stoped to work. Honestly I got shocked, because i thought I was buying one of the best in this domain. I don't know what to do now, it supposed it has 5 years warranty.
