Love the way it makes your car smell and it isn’t in the way. Will continue to use this

Came packaged very nicely in shrink wrap bag. I'm assuming this is to protect the contents and not have it activate too soon. Love the fact it is biodegradable once it reaches its life span which is supposed to be ~1yr. Box also appears to be made of recycled material as well. Time will tell but have already noticed just after a few days the car has a "clean" smell to it. Not a masking smell such as an air freshener but more like a purifier would. Only directions are on the outside of the box but pretty self explanatory - take out of bag and hang on back of the head rest. Nice that it's not toxic as we have dogs and if looks like a big dog toy... 😁. Neutral colors which is a plus so really should not stand out much and if it gets dirty will hide it well. All the seams appear to be tight with no visible places where it can start pulling apart. Not sure what happens if it were to get wet. Support numbers are only on the box and look to be US but it would be nice to have printed this on the back of the unit otherwise you need to remember to write it down someplace safe. Maybe take a photo of the box. For the price I think it is a good deal as a year of it working will end up much cheaper than buying "trees" or other fake scents.

Well-constructed, no distinctive smell. Didn’t remove the smell in my vehicle that I was targeting, but I’m not sure what I’m targeting so it may not be the fault of the item.

Seems to be working most days as I don't always smell the cigarette smell in my car from previous owner, but on hot and humid days the smell still gets through the car.

The car freshener really does work & We're loving it. A little tricky to put on but it's GREAT

I was looking to get new ones since they are a year old. Will say I had this car that was bought new and had a smell to it. Figured out that one time we had ice tea and spilled it on the rug in the back. Tried to clean it up the best we could. Totally forgot about it since obviously it didn’t stand the road. Ended up purchasing this placed it in the car and that smell mysteriously went away. So these things do work. I never believed in those chemical air fresheners. Always have bought my cars new and just try to keep them clean the best you can inside. Obviously vacuuming and keep your things clean helps the smell not be present.

We had high hopes for this product but unfortunately it didn’t neutralize or mask the vomit and pet odors in our car. Tried it for several months and car doesn’t smell any better. Will search for an alternative solution.

Even though this air freshener is supposed to be for cars, I am actually using it in my walk in pantry. The pantry in my home is an interior room with no windows, and I keep the door closed unless I am getting something from inside since I have small children and don’t want them to make a mess in there. Because there is no ventilation, the room is very stuffy and just does not smell great. I did not want to use anything artificial or required spraying chemicals since obviously I store food in there. I found this charcoal air freshener and it was the perfect solution. I hung it on a shelf in the pantry and it did take a few days to notice a difference but it has really helped freshen the air without adding fragrance, and has eliminated some of the food smells that were making the room unpleasant to be in. I haven’t tried putting it in sunlight to “recharge” yet but will do once I start noticing that the smells are coming back. This probably wouldn’t work for a large room but for a small space like a pantry or car it is great for absorbing unwanted odors.
