My Christmas Stocking: Filled with God's Love

Nicely written about the Christmas story and nice size, I was worried it was one of those mini books, but it’s not.

We decided not to approach Santa in the traditional way with our children, but plan instead to teach them about the historical Saint Nicholas and focus on Jesus. This book centered around Jesus as the real reason for the season, while also talking about who Saint Nicholas was. It never mentions "Santa" as we know him today, only Saint Nicholas, which I like. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to present their children with the facts and not the fairytale.

This little board book sets the foundation for children who are surrounded by Santa clause and stockings to understand the historical figure of saint nicolas and his association with the Christian narrative. My two year old loves this book and so do I! I have my eye on the Christmas tree one next 🤗

I love how this book incorporates the Christmas tradition of hanging stockings into something more than just presents and goodies. One of my favorite Christmas books for my kids (4 years old)

Such a cute book!

This book is WONDERFUL!! It's short, but to the point and about who St. Nicholas really was. It spurred on conversation with my son to find out more details about St. Nicholas vs Santa Claus

This was the perfect Christmas book for my toddler grandbabies.

Great book for explaining the origins of the stocking and why we give pressies at christmas. My children 5 & 3 love it
