Bungee Pupee 6-Feet Medium Leash, Pink/Black

This leash has exceeded my expectations for biking alongside my dog as she is running. I was wary of getting something that actually attached to my mountain bike. In my experience, the faster she runs, the more control I have. I believe this is because of the shock absorber phenomenon associated with the tension in the bungee ropes. When she slows down or comes to a stop, and there is too much slack in the leash, I can immediately let go because of the loop handle's design. The lobster claw snap hook is similarly well designed and easily attaches to her step-in harness. For regular walks, I still prefer our front lead dog harness. Finally, when I called Bungee Pupee, I got right through to the leash manufacturer who was both friendly and helpful.

luv luv luv my new bungee leash. my dog's not a "pupee" per se, but she does have a tendency to want to mush across the tundra. she's only 47 pounds tho, and i wonder if i'd want to use it for a much larger dog who might pull more. But for her it works great. quality design. it's beach-friendly - including the clasp (the spring type doesn't like to open once sand gets in). the length is also nice for when I tie her up. plus, the pink n black is sharp - it perfectly represents the sassy grrl she is. hope it lasts a real long time! thanks!
