These will not work in Roman shades, they are soft rubber, not plastic.
As several previous reviewers have said, these are not proper drapery rings. They are soft squishy rubber which, in no way, will handle Roman shades. I think Amazon needs to take responsibility for this and have the seller describe more accurately. I never thought to look at the reviews, who would think there would be any problem with plastic rapery rings? They are, in fact not plastic, but rubber.
