Good flavor, bad value
So this is a nice quality olive oil, but it's hard in this economy to justify the value. It has a nice light flavor, but is pretty light. I'd expect a more robust, noticeable amazing flavor profile to warrant this investment. However, it's nice, it taste good for bread dipping, for salads, anything that you would use a better quality oil for. Don't waste this for cooking, for sure. For a better value and excellent flavor, look for La Tourangelle organic extra virgin olive oil

Mild but flavorful EVOO from Italy
Cipriani Food Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a product of Italy. It is presented in a 16.9 oz. well sealed, dark glass bottle. As a vegan, I use a lot of olive oil since I use it as a butter substitute in recipes as well as in salads and sauces. This Cipriani EVOO is organic and on the mild side but with a flavorful green olive taste that is very appealing. It is a good economical choice for a very flavorful midrange organic EVOO.The Best Before date on the bottle that I received is one year in the future.

Decent olive oil, nice for cooking veggies and meats. Nothing out of the ordinary.
This olive oil has worked well so far for cooking meats and veggies on stovetop without issue. It doesn't have much flavor to speak of, so you don't have to worry about it impacting the flavor of your finished cooking. It works well for preventing the cooking food from sticking to the cooking surface, and a little goes a long way. This olive oil is decent, but I also wouldn't consider it a luxury product. It's fairly identical to other olive oils I've tried, and the bottle isn't particularly large.

I’m far from an olive oil aficionado, but…
I put this side-by-side with my reasonably priced go-to olive oil (America’s Test Kitchen recommendation), and couldn’t tell the difference. To my unrefined palate, they tasted identical.Bertolli is $0.37/oz, this one…a whopping $1.66/oz.Obvious what I’ll buy going forward.

Good Overall
This olive oil has a mild buttery flavor that adds flavor to my roasted vegetables, when I pour it over them before baking. The oil has a nice thickness to it so that I can easily see where I've poured, and it also makes a nice dipping oil for thick crusty bread. I can always tell the difference between a cheap olive oil and a better quality olive oil. Cheap oils make you wonder what other oils are mixed in with the olive oil during manufacturing; however, oils like this are slightly thicker and have more of a buttery flavor. It's a great choice!

Looks like sunshine, tastes like butter
At $1.66 per ounce this is firmly in “spendy” or “splurge” territory. But if you’re the type to spend on a nice finishing olive oil (you know who you are) then I think this one is well worth exploring.Visually it’s a vivid golden yellow, like summer sunshine in liquid form. Aromatically it’s very gently herbal and nutty. On the palate it’s not very fruit forward, nor is it grassy or peppery. Instead it’s beautifully buttery, totally smooth, with just a hint of toasty, bitter nuttiness.Pairs extremely well with crusty bread and salt, cooked grains, and grilled or roasted meats and proteins. It’s possible to use in salad as well but you’d want to punch it up with some added astringency. I’d say this is better suited to really making grains and simple things shine. Think anywhere you might otherwise use butter.

Average oil, premium price
This olive oil is fine, but it's twice what I would shell out for various grocery-store brands and it's not twice as amazing.

Flavor is fine, but the value isn’t.
We use olive oil a lot in it cooking. We have used it for sautéing, sauces, and dipping. The flavor is fine from that standpoint, good enough that is make it my go to without issue. The problem is it doesn’t stand out from other brands I’ve used, but is quite expensive comparatively.Hope that helps.
