Soggy, Get Another Brand!
I have gotten several other brands of black garlic that I love but these are soggy. Sold wet to bump up weight? Could be. In any event these are so soggy they are unappealing and difficult to peel. Yuck. Bummer because I usually LOVE black garlic.
