Excellente qualité ! La plaque en fonte chauffe rapidement et conserve parfaitement la chaleur. Idéale pour saisir viandes, légumes ou même faire des smash burgers. Le revêtement est bien lisse, rien n'accroche avec un bon culottage. Elle s’adapte parfaitement à mon Kamado et ajoute une vraie polyvalence à la cuisson. Un must-have pour les amateurs de barbecue !

I wasnt sure what to expect with this griddle since the price was pretty cheap. It is not a cast iron, it is some kind of steel but i used it on my Komado Joe and it fits the 20" Komado perfectly. The Burgers came out really good and heat distribution seemed pretty solid. The color did come grey but once i used it once, it is now black and after i cleaned it, it stayed that way. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

This makes a great pizza. It just barely fits in my oven, but keeps me from overshooting my launch and making a big mess. The pizza crust comes out sublime. I use a variation of Roberta’s crust (NYT recipe) and preheat the oven to 475. A 16” pizza takes about 10min. I plan to use this on the grill at some point, but have enjoyed using it inside so far.

Great fit for my Kamado grill with 20 inch cooking surface, I place this on top of the cast iron grids, it fits like a glove and it cooks evenly.
