They're thin but you can keep four in a drawer and they won't take up much room and yet they're still absorbent that's a win-win for me

Love them. Soft and not too thick but not too thin. Beautiful color. Exactly what I wanted.

These are soft but thinner than others I have for even a less expensive price. Also, seams were not straight nor trimmed and one was very wonky how it was seen. Not the best quality but soft and absorbent. Use them more like dish towel clean up rags. Black is grt bc u dont see stains!

These are meant to sell but not to last. Heeding the warnings of other reviewers, I hand-washed these towels so that their color wouldn't ruin our clothing in our washing machine. Good thing I did, as I never saw so much color running off of a cloth item. While the towels are a great color red, I could have shot quite the gory scene given how much color ran from them. Colorfast they are not. I finally got the water to run clear, so we hand dried and used the towels and then machine washed them. Pretty much all the seams came undone to some extent. Additionally, the thinner-than-desireable fabric itself doesn't appear to be long-lasting.These towels’ inferior quality make them a DO NOT BUY. Don't waste your money or time, unless you just need them for staging, perhaps for color.For actual use AND looks, I’m trying out the “Classic Dark” kitchen towels by Fecido. Pricey! But I’ve kind of fallen in love with them after my experience with these towels and reading so many negative kitchen towel reviews. They look and feel like they’ll hold up to machine washing and I could keep them for a long time, like my previous dish towels of over a decade (or two?!?). These dish towels would be lucky if they became useful as rags in a fraction of that time.

These I bought for turquoise accents in my kitchen. I loved the color, but they are very basic, thin, not very absorbent. They look nice, but they already have some thread pulls. I'd spend a bit more and get something heavier next time.

These dish towels are so amazing! I have two boys, 2 and 3 years old, learning to wash dinner dishes so we go through kitchen towels like no body’s business! These are great! So great I am just now placing another order! Whoever is returning these towels are stranglings.

Just as expected. I've bought DII towels before, and they were lightweight but surprisingly durable for the price.These aren't heavy, but the textured "waffle" texture is good for picking up trace moisture quickly. They also wash & dry quickly compared to traditional knit towels, and absorb more water than woven ("cloth") towels.My last set from DII is still usable despite regular washing for several years (yes years). That's using a front-loader (which is gentler than a top loader) and machine-drying.I was worried about reviews talking about the color running from some towels, but I did a soak & squeeze test on my "solid blue" without any visible dye in the water. It might just be red-based colors (not unusual). But seriously guys, "don't mix brights and whites" is a staple of doing laundry if you're past about 12 years-old. Especially true for new items.Wash brights with dark or like colors only.The price is definitely the compelling factor with post-supply-chain-snafu prices still elevated on basic imports. But this brand has held the line on price, and the quality is better than expected for that.
