Tea Leaves in my Tea Cup

I wanted to like this, and I’m not sure if it’s my machine or the pods, but I manage to get tea leaves in my teacup after running them through my machine. And when it is ejected from the machine, it ends up making a mess in the disposal chamber. Other tea pods I’ve used don’t have this problem, it also seems that I don’t get a lot of brew out of it, I run a lunggo cycle for these and it doesn’t give me a lunggo size cup of tea. Sad, I was so excited to have chamomile tea from my Nespresso.
