Great little whatsits--not just baking cups.
I've actually mostly used these in my steamer so far, but they're pretty sweet! I bought them to fill out an order with a couple add-on items I needed, and I'm honestly surprised how much I've been using them. I made steamed buns with different fillings, and tried putting them in the silicone baking cups as an experiment (it would be faster than cutting out little parchment squares, at least...) and I was really happy with the results. None of my buns exploded, and the only one that leaked, leaked right into the cup, so there was no mess. They came right out of the cups, and it was kind of cute having my steamed buns come out cupcake shaped. XDI've also made a couple of batches of mushipan (kind of like muffins, but steamed), and again, I really liked the results. They weren't perfectly non-stick, but nothing to complain about, I don't think. I also made two little souffle/custard things with the last tablespoon of mushipan batter and some egg yolk/milk/sugar. I also used one as a sauce cup for my steamed buns, lol. They hold sauce admirably, and I'm sure they'll work fine as ingredient cups as well. They're fun, versatile little things lol.The box they come in is convenient for storing them, and they're easy to clean, although they won't really work with the dishwasher--they just flip and fly around. Overall, I'm really happy with the things, and my mom is jealous. She figured I was wasting my money, but now she wants some. XD

No more last minute trips to store!
Having recently remodeled our kitchen, I have picked up a renewed love of baking. Bead, muffins, Cake's, you name it, I probably have tried it. I have always used paper muffin liners and parchment paper when baking. While looking for silicon mats, I discovered these wonderful silicon muffin liners. They are awesome. Bright, colorful and oh so useful. I lightly spray them with canola oil spray, and they slip right off the muffin, and clean up is a cinch! Just soap and water and they are ready to be stored until the next time. The box they came in is very sturdy and provides a great place to store them.No more last minute trips to the store to buy paper liners next time you decide to make cupcakes or muffins. They can even be used to make other things such as mini cheesecakes or chocolate shells to serve ice cream in. There are 6 each of four colors.

Works very well.
My wife likes to make little egg cups as a healthy snack or quick meal. No amount of oil or quality of non-stick pan was sufficient to stop the insufferable amount of clean up due to food sticking to the pan. While looking for some cupcake cups to line the pan I saw these little buggers and thought I'd try them. They work wonderfully. No sticking, easy extraction of food items, super easy clean up. I no longer have to dread the healthy snack cooking time again. I also don't have to constantly replace paper/foil liners and bulk up the local landfill with them either. Some have complained that you can't use them without a cupcake pan. They actually will work without one. The material is thin but that also makes it easier to peel back the silicon to release your food. If the material was too thick you'd have a different "peeling" process. If you do use them stand alone you just need to be careful when pouring in the ingredients and moving the uncooked cups into the oven. Equal pressure on all sides will stabilize the cup nicely.

Great cups, but beware dishwasher and fillers in silicone
I love these baking cups! They are so useful for so many things, from using them as cupcake or muffin liners, to spoon rests, to individual portion control mini-bowls, to candy molds, etc. I'm always using these little guys for one thing or another! They seem very durable, and I have not had any issues with sticking too bad.Be careful about putting them in the dishwasher, though. I was only able to clean them a few times this way before one of them fell off the top rack and onto the heating element, which partially melted the cup (the cup, however, is still useable for baking and whatnot. Fortunately it did not burn bad enough that I had to throw it out). It isn't that much work, anyway, to wash them by hand. Simply turn them inside out, throw them in some soapy water, give them a quick rub down, turn right-side out again, and either air or towel dry them. Super easy! One thing I do not like about these cups, though, is that they contain fillers in the silicone (they showed white when put to 'the pinch test'). I bought them assuming that they were filler-free (based on what I was reading from other reviews) but these cups do contain fillers, which will cause the cups to lose elasticity and dry out over time, consequently making them a lower quality cup than one made of pure silicone. They still work wonderfully for now, however, and I am very happy with them otherwise.

Buy these! They work perfectly!
I really love these baking cups. I was a little nervous about trying them but was pleasantly surprised. I have been slowly changing my kitchen products to more Eco friendly and non-toxic. For all the bakers out there, these cups really performed well. First off, you don't even need muffin pans anymore. You can place the cups directly on a sheet pan. You let them cool a bit and they pop out so easily. I was worried about that part. Anyone who makes healthy muffins knows the downside of them....they stick to everything. You have to put so much spray or oil in the muffin tins or papers that you start to lose the good for you part. Anyways, I made some good for you muffins in these baking cups and they were amazing. They popped right out! Washing them is easy. Just toss them in some warm water and a bit of soap and they clean up easily. So much easier than scrubbing a muffin tin or tasting the weird flavor some paper cups leave on your muffins. Highly recommended.

Sono ottimi, senza bpa, sono della grandezza giusta per fare i muffin, non troppo grandi ne troppo piccoli, non restano residui dell'impasto dopo aver levato il muffin cotto, facilissimi da pulire.

These are amazing!
Wow are these silicone cups amazing! I used them as liners in my muffin tin and the muffins fell right out of them when I pulled them out. I used twelve of them twice in one baking session (made two dozen muffins) and they had no build-up of burnt-on muffin bits (which always happened to the plain tin). There was a slight discolouration on one of the cups (I think it was from a chocolate chip), but I'm just using them right now for baking, not presentation. They were easy to clean; I rinsed them out right after popping the second batch of muffins out and then washed them by hand a few days later. I find turning them inside out makes them easier to wash. I also have found them to be sturdy - I imagine these will be with me for a long time! I have always hated the paper liners as they always get baked into the muffins and then you are eating tiny bits of paper, so these were a wonderful alternative.
