I ordered this product based on the reviews. The face roller and gua sha don't seem cheaply made at all.look pretty nice and easy to use. I use the face roll first thing in the morning while I am making my coffee. it is cold, smooth, and helps depuff very well. I also use the gua sha to relieve my arm, leg muscle, and neck pain before going to bed. These tools are now essential in my skincare routine, such a great buy!

I was excited to get this but it was chipped so kinda disappointed.

When I open the box and tried to remove the tool the roller fell off in my hand.

There is a thick foam placed inside the box to prevent the quartz brokenIt also comes with an instruction card explaining each tool and how to properly use itI used the face roller after moisturizer and quartz roller helped moisturizer absorb to skin fasterIt didn’t say in the instruction but i used the smaller roller to roll underneath my eye as well as eyelids. I really like the instant cooling effect the tool brought it to meHaven’t tried gua sha tool yet. Gonna try it along the chin to help shape the face
